My name is Sheila Botton. I love to share my experience and passion for yoga. I invite you to experience a true yogic way of life in the midst of this natural paradise to generate more energy, healthy balance and new path of activation, joining my Yogaventure Curaçao retreats. I am a full-time working mom blessed with 3 kids, so I do have a deep-set understanding faced with challenges juggling career, motherhood and social life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I consistently check-in to self to moderate over excessive busy-ness to live with a sense of wellbeing, balance, joy and honor my femininity. Through the expression of love for friends, family, travel, music, art, food, fitness and yoga, I feel deeply grateful and GREATfull that I have a gift of knowledge and wisdom to share with a community of like-minded people.
I am also the owner of a tourist magazine for Curaçao since 2008, so people often refer to me as the “Curacao Connoisseur.” In other words, you are in good hands exploring Curaçao!
Nestled between Aruba and Bonaire, Curaçao offers perfect weather almost 365 days a year, gorgeous beaches and sparkling crystal-clear waters. This island referred to as the rock, has maintained the closest ties to the Netherlands in a cultural sense, making it the most “Dutch” of three sister islands. Also, Curaçaos community of holistic practitioners is thriving! A wide range of healers, life coaches, massage therapists and yoga trainers are born here or have sought out Curaçao as their home away from home. Like me. It soon became clear to me that it was time to create a signature yoga retreat combined with adventure exploring Curaçao. Yogaventure Curaçao classes are adapted to all levels of experience and the adventure suits everyone!
