Understanding the location and role of each chakra is an exciting, empowering process in boosting overall well-being. When chakras align and release blockage, we thrive both physically and emotionally. Just one misaligned chakra can make us feel out of balance or discomfort in parts of our bodies.

I’m a passionate yoga instructor that loves to share my experience in yoga & the island of Curaçao in more ways than one. Often referred to as the “Curacao Connaisseur”, I’m also the director of Events Curaçao magazine, a trusted guide for travelers on the island since 2008. I permanently lived in Curaçao for a few years and made my dream come true by introducing Yogaventure to the yoga community.

I welcomed my first group of Yogaventurers from Canada in May 2018 and my second retreat was in March 2019. It was epic! Unfortunately the 2020 was cancelled due to Covid. Today, I am back to inspire you with Yogaventure!

I have a deep-set understanding faced with challenges juggling career, motherhood and social life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so I consistently check-in to self to moderate over excessive busy-ness to live with a sense of wellbeing, balance, joy and honor my femininity. Through the expression of love for friends, family, travel, music, art, food, fitness and yoga, I feel deeply grateful and GREATfull that I have a gift of knowledge and wisdom to share with a community of like-minded people.
